The Enamel Water Tank has a Jacket Heat Exchanger structure and is made from PCM Color Coated Steel Plate for the outer shell and Special Enameling Steel Plate for the inner tank. It is suitable for Solar Water Heater systems and is available in two models, 470series and 500series. This product provides high thermal efficiency and is designed to resist corrosion and leakage. The water tank's interior is coated with special enamel material to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. The exterior has a PCM Color Coated Steel Plate that is easy to clean and maintain. The Enamel Water Tank is a reliable and cost-effective solution for residential or commercial water heating needs. Jacket heat transfer proces:
Jacket heat transfer: Firstly, a metal sandwich barrel sleeve is welded on the outer wall of the inner tank. Then, the upper circulating pipe, the lower circulating pipe, the upper exhaust port and the injection port are welded on the outer wall of the sandwich barrel sleeve. When in use, the jacket and the collector are filled with heat conducting fluid. When collecting heat, the heat conducting fluid circulates to the jacket layer and is transmitted to the water tank through carbon steel plate and heats the water.
